Long Term Incentive Share Plan ('LTISP')
The Company has allocated additional options to participants in the LTISP, including the executive directors listed below. The following options were allocated on 26 June 2008 being the reinvestment of the final dividend for 2007/08 declared on shares already awarded under the LTISP at a price of 327.50 pence per share.

Exercise of awards under the LTISP is subject to the achievement of performance conditions over three year performance cycles.
Following these allocations the total number of LTISP options currently outstanding for each director is as follows:

Notification of these awards was made to directors on 26 June 2008.
