Notification of board changes and directors' details

Pursuant to listing rule 9.6.11 Dairy Crest Group plc (the "Company") today announces that David Richardson, non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee, will step down from the Board of the Company once a successor has been appointed. David has been appointed Chairman of Forth Ports plc and is expecting to take up this role at the end of 2009.

The Company is commencing a suitable search process to identify a successor for David and will make a further announcement in due course.
