Block Listing Application
Two listing applications have been made, in aggregate, for 1,800,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. When issued these shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respect with the existing issue ordinary shares of the Company.
The total application comprises a block listing application for 300,000 ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the Dairy Crest Long Term Incentive Share Plan and 1,500,000 ordinary shares to the Dairy Crest Sharesave Scheme. It is expected admission of these ordinary shares will become effective at 8:00am on Tuesday 15 May 2018.
