The 'Additional Listing' announcement released on 31 March 2009 at 09:21 under RNS No 7829P has been amended to reflect the number of shares to be block listed as 600,000 and not 700,000 as previously announced. All other details remain unchanged. The full text is shown below.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 600,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
The block listings consist of:
600,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each under the Dairy Crest Group plc Long Term Incentive Share Plan.
