Grant of Sharesave Options
In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1 and Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, Dixons Carphone plc (the 'Company') announces that, on 28 August 2020, Alex Baldock was granted options to purchase 0.1p ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the Dixons Carphone Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2013 (the "Sharesave Scheme"). The Sharesave Scheme is an all-employee share plan and executive directors are eligible to participate on the same terms as other eligible employees. The options may be exercised from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026. Details are set out below:
