Director Declaration

Graham Stapleton, executive director of the Company, has been appointed, with immediate effect, Chief Executive Officer of Connected World Services ('CWS') to lead the growth of this division of the Company which is one of the group's core strategic priorities. Graham will also manage CWS's key relationship with Sprint Corporation.

Graham was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Carphone Warehouse in the United Kingdom & Ireland. Jeremy Fennell has been appointed Managing Director of Carphone Warehouse, reporting into Katie Bickerstaffe, executive director and Chief Executive Officer, United Kingdom & Ireland.
