The Company is pleased to announce, pursuant to paragraph 9.6.12 of the Listing Rules and its prior announcement on 27 March 2018, that Jonny Mason will take up the role of Group Chief Financial Officer on 13 August 2018. Clare Pettitt will remain as Interim Group Chief Financial Officer until Jonny joins the Company.
