Application for Block Listing
The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each. These consist of:
1,124,894 ordinary shares of 0.1p each to be issued in respect of the Dixons Retail Plc Sharesave Plan 2008
2,875,106 ordinary shares of 0.1p each to be issued in respect of the Dixons Carphone Savings-Related Share Option Scheme 2013
The shares are to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issue. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
