Digitalbox plc (AIM: DBOX), the mobile-first digital media business, announces that it has received notification that David Joseph, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has purchased 600,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) at a price of 9 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase") through his investment vehicle, Integral 2 Limited, which he manages and controls.
Following the Purchase, Mr Joseph's beneficial shareholding stands at 600,000 Ordinary Shares in Digitalbox, which represents 0.5% of Digtalbox's current issued share capital of 117,923,393.
