GlobalData was today notified that Murray Legg, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 241.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 11 March 2016.
Following the transaction Murray Legg is beneficially interested in a total of 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
