PDMR Dealing
GlobalData Plc, the leading provider of industry intelligence, has been notified on 26 January 2023 by Mike Danson, Chief Executive Officer, that he sold 2,788,833 ordinary shares of 1/14th pence each in the Company ("ordinary shares") for 1,150p per ordinary share. Following this transaction, Mike Danson's beneficial interest is 71,135,516 Ordinary Shares representing 60.13% of the total voting rights in the Company. The sale of shares was made to satisfy significant demand from new and existing institutional investors, following a successful Capital Markets event held on Tuesday 24 January 2023.
