Director Shareholding Announcement
DataCash Group plc, the Aim-listed Payment service provider, was today informed of the following Director share dealings:
On 27th January 2009, Mr. David Bailey (Non-Executive Deputy Chairman) and his wife sold 55,000 DataCash shares at 240p. On 28th January he sold a further 5,000 shares at 240p and on 29th January he sold a further 20,000 shares at 240p. He remains the beneficial owner of 525,562 shares (0.57% of the issued share capital).
Mr. Nicholas Temple (Non-Executive Director) bought 10,000 shares at 240p on 27th January 2009, and now holds 33,600 shares (0.036%).
