Capital Markets Day
GlobalData Plc, the leading provider of industry intelligence, will be hosting a Capital Markets Day for investors and analysts this afternoon to showcase the strength of its business model.
Mike Danson CEO and Graham Lilley CFO will provide an overview of the business, its financial resilience and opportunities for the Group to scale. Management will be joined by members of the senior leadership team who will delve into the M&A strategy along with more detail on recent acquisitions. Live technical product demonstrations will be provided to bring the GlobalData story to life.
No new material information will be disclosed and GlobalData will not be commenting on current trading. The Group will provide more detail on its financial performance at its full year results on 27 February 2023.
The series of presentations will commence at 2.00pm until 4.30pm (registration from 1.30pm) and will be held at Numis, 9th Floor Auditorium, 45 Gresham St, London EC2V 7BF. Analysts and investors should RSVP to globaldata@fticonsulting.com prior to arriving.
