(a sino-foreign joint stock limited company incorporated in the People's Republic of China) (Stock Code: 00991) OVERSEAS REGULATORY ANNOUNCEMENT AND INSIDE INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT ON ADJUSTMENTS ON ON-GRID TARIFFS This announcement is made by Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd(the "Company") pursuant to Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance(Cap 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rules 13.09(2)(a) and 13.10B of theRules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong KongLimited. The Company announces that it recently received the "NDRC's Notice on Reducingthe On-Grid Tariffs for Coal-fired Power and Electricity Prices for Industrialand Commercial Use" (NDRC Prices [2015] No. 748 (the "Notice") issued byNational Development and Reform Commission ("NDRC"). Based on the relevantprinciples of the power system reform and the relevant requirements of thelinkage system for coal and electricity prices, the Notice was issued to makedownward adjustments on the on-grid tariffs for coal-fired power.
