Darktrace announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transaction.
Poppy Gustafsson, CEO, has notified Darktrace that on 11 January 2024 she sold 75,000 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of 360 pence per share.
The total amount being sold was less than 2% of Poppy Gustafsson's vested and unvested holdings in Darktrace.
