Darktrace announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transactions.
Poppy Gustafsson, CEO, has notified Darktrace that on 18 March 2024 she sold 150,000 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of £4.6754 per share, in accordance with Darktrace's Share Dealing Code.
The total amount being sold was less than 4% of Poppy Gustafsson's vested and unvested holdings in Darktrace.
