Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Daniel Stewart Securities plc (AIM: DAN), stockbroker and corporate finance adviser to smaller and medium-sized companies, has been informed that Mr Peter Shea, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 1.25p per share. 

Following this transaction, Peter Shea is interested in a total of 47,111,981 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 15.06 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
