Tom, 33, joined the corporate finance group of Daniel Stewart in March 2001focusing on Smaller Company Financing and M&A Advisory. He has specialised inthe marketing, generation and execution of AIM and Ofex flotations, privateplacings, M&A and debt advisory work. Tom currently holds three otherdirectorships: Doubletake Portraits Ltd., Treatmeclub Ltd. and Tom JenkinsConsultancy Ltd. Prior to Daniel Stewart, Tom worked in the media corporate finance teams at BearStearns and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Tom is a chartered accountant and haspreviously spent five years within the audit and financial consulting divisionsof Arthur Andersen. He holds an MA Hons in Economics from St Andrews University.
