Dalata Hotel Group plc announces today that Pat McCann, the company's Chief Executive Officer, has informed the Company that on the 23 November 2018 he purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 cent each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €4.75
Following this purchase Pat McCann holds 1,274,515 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 cent each, representing 0.691% of the issued share capital of the company.
