Director Shareholdings
Further to the Company's circular dated 1 September 2010 and the announcements on 30 January and 21 March 2012, the Company confirms that it has issued directors with the following ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each, based on the closing price of the ordinary shares on 31 May 2012. In addition, the company announces that John Read has decreased the proportion of his net pay being used to purchase shares from 50% to 25% to bring to a similar contribution being made by the other directors.
