GRANT OF LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ("LTIP") AWARDS
Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) announces that yesterday, 10 October 2018, LTIP share options were awarded to Executive Directors and PDMRs of the Company as follows:
Philip Caldwell (CEO) 138,530; Richard Preston (CFO) 75,560; Mark Selby (CTO) 75,560; James Falla (COO) 75,560; and Anthony Cochrane (CCO) 75,560.
These LTIP share options are in respect of Company's ordinary shares of 10 pence each and have a nominal value exercise price. Vesting of the options is conditional upon achieving certain challenging share price and commercial targets over their three-year performance period. A further two-year holding period in addition to the three-year vesting period applies to these awards.
