Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) announces that on the 9 April 2020, the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") exercised share options under the 2017 Ceres Power Holdings Plc Sharesave Plan ("Plan"), which has now matured, and retained the shares:
Phil Caldwell (CEO) 13,636.
The Plan options exercised by the PDMR were over 13,636 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 66p per share. The exercise price was set in accordance with the Plan and HMRC rules at the invitation date in 2017.
As a result of the options exercised, Mr Caldwell now holds 60,564 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
