The Company was informed on 29 April 2013 that the following director increased his shareholding in the Company:
Richard Preston, Finance Director of the Company, increased his shareholding in the Company by 44,035 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") of £0.01 each following the exercise of share options at an exercise price of 5p on 26 April 2013. This represents approximately 0.01% of the Company's total issued share capital.
Mr Preston's total holding in the Company is now 222,645 Shares of £0.01 each, representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's total issued share capital.
