Directors' Dealings
Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) announces that on the 10 July 2017, Richard Preston, Chief Financial Officer, and Mark Selby, Chief Technology Officer, each exercised share options under the Ceres Power Sharesave Scheme, and retained the shares.
The share options exercised by each person related to 165,441 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 5.44p per share, increasing their shareholdings to 388,086 and 190,766 Ordinary Shares respectively. Their overall shareholdings now represent approximately 0.04 per cent and 0.02 per cent respectively of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. As a result, Mr Preston now holds options over 6,665,238 Ordinary Shares and Mr Selby 5,383,333 Ordinary Shares.

Total Voting Rights
Following the exercise of employee options over 5,181,464 Ordinary Shares, Ceres Power confirms that as at 11 July 2018, the Company had 1,022,310,657 Ordinary Shares in issue, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is therefore 1,022,310,657.
Accordingly, these figures may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
