The Company was informed on 16 October 2008 that Mr Rex Vevers, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") of 5p each at 112.25p per share on 16 October 2008, representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's total issued share capital.

 Mr Vever's total holding in the Company is 60,000 Shares of 5p each
