Total Voting Rights - Month End Disclosure
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, Countrywide plc hereby notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 31 May 2016 consisted of 3,051,285 of its ordinary shares held in treasury and 216,641,687 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Therefore as at 31 May 2016 the total number of voting rights attaching to shares in the Company is 216,641,687. This figure (216,641,687) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
