Notification of Transactions of Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
On 21 March 2016, Countrywide plc (the "Company") transferred from treasury 707,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and on 22 March 2016 issued 51,138 Ordinary Shares, each pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's IPO Plan. Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued share capital will be 219,692,972 Ordinary Shares.
The Company announces that it received notification on 21 March 2016 that the following Directors and PDMRs sold a total of 357,634 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £3.8185 following the exercise of options under the IPO Plan:
