Director Declaration

The board of Countrywide plc notes the announcement today by Tesco PLC of the appointment of Alison Platt, Chief Executive of Countrywide plc as an independent Non-Executive Director to the board of Tesco PLC with effect from 1 April 2016. In addition, from that date, Alison Platt will join the Remuneration Committee at Tesco PLC.

This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 R of the Listing Rules.
