On 13 April 2016, Peter Long became Non-Executive Chairman of Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales S.A.U, (Parques).

Countrywide plc has been advised that Parques has today been admitted to the Spanish Stock Exchanges (Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Valencia and SIBE (Mercado Continuo)) and is now a publicly quoted company.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2).
