New Directorship Held in Another Publicly Quoted Company
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Richard Adam, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Countrywide plc, has today been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Countryside Properties plc ('Countryside'), a leading UK home builder and urban regeneration partner. Mr Adam will be Countryside's Senior Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
Mr Adam is also Group Finance Director of Carillion plc, and was previously a Non-Executive Director of SSL International plc, Zattikka plc and Wincanton plc.
