Block Listing Application
Countrywide PLC ("Countrywide") has made an application for the block listing of 530,000 of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each, such ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. The ordinary shares (once issued) will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of Countrywide and will be issued in respect of options exercised pursuant to Countrywide's IPO Plan (a share option scheme), which crystallise on 18 March 2016.
It is expected that the admission of the ordinary shares will become effective on 18 March 2016.
