CVS, the UK listed veterinary group and a leading provider of veterinary services, announces that, as of 30 June 2026, following cancellation of the Ordinary Shares purchased pursuant to the Company's share buyback programme (announced on 26 May 2026) prior to the date of this announcement, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 69,199,749 ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary Shares").

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
