CVS, the UK's listed veterinary group and a leading provider of veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 17 November 2025 that Robin Alfonso, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased a total of 870 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the same date.
As a result, Robin Alfonso's total interest in the Company, including all persons closely associated, is now 25,247 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.035% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
