PDMR Dealings
CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 22 September 2022 that Richard Connell, Non-executive Chairman of the Company and his wife purchased a total of 4,500 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the same date.
As a result, Mr Connell's total interest in the Company, including his wife's holdings, is now 169,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.24% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of UK MAR, provides further detail.
