CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of veterinary services, was notified on 25 October 2014 that, on 24 October 2014, Mike McCollum, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 370 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mike McCollum is interested in 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.08 per cent in the total voting rights of the Company.
