This disclosure is in relation to the percentage of voting rights held by Henderson Global Investors subsequent to the change in fund manager of "Henderson Value Trust plc" (formerly SVM GLOBAL) as announced on 6 February 2013 and conversion of Australian CDI holdings on the ASX converted to certificated holdings on AIM. The takeover panel has confirmed that there are no rule 9 consequences as Henderson Global Investors has no intention of increasing its holdings or making a formal offer for the company. |
