Completion of Acquisition and Change of Name
Further to the announcement made of 24 September 2015, Conviviality is pleased to announce that the Acquisition of Matthew Clark (Holdings) Limited has now completed.
In addition, the Company's name has been changed to Conviviality Plc and the Company's website has subsequently been changed to www.conviviality.co.uk.
Diana Hunter, Chief Executive Officer of Conviviality, said:
