Appointment of the Company's External Auditor
On April 3rd, 2019, Cablevisión Holding S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors recommended to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for 25 April 2019 the appointment of Gabriel Marcelo Perrone as the Second Alternate External Auditor of the Company, also a member of Price WaterHouse & Co. S.R.L. (PWC).
