GW Fitzsioms, TD Ely and A Brannon ("the executive directors") areincluded as potential beneficiaries under the Trust. The Trust is adiscretionary trust for the benefit of such employees (including the executivedirectors) of Charles Taylor Consulting plc and its subsidiaries as the trusteemay decide to benefit.
