Exercise of Sharesave Award
The Company announces that today, 1 December 2015, Arthur Clarke, a PDMR of the Company, exercised an option over 7,278 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (“Shares”) at £1.236525 per share under The Charles Taylor Consulting Sharesave Scheme 2007.
Following this announcement Arthur Clarke and his connected persons hold a total of 47,412 Shares equivalent to 0.07% of the total voting rights of the Company.
