Charles Taylor Consulting plc announces that on 2nd April 2012 it was advised that, Mrs Deborah Marock, spouse of Mr David Marock, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 15,000 Ordinary Shares at 150p per ordinary share.
Following this announcement Mr Marock and his connected persons holds a total of 70,000 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.174% of the total voting rights of the company.
