Charles Taylor plc ("the Company" or the "Group") Charles Taylor plc confirms Tito Soso's resignation as an executive director Further to the announcement on 3 April 2014 that Tito Soso intended to resignfrom the Board, the Company confirms that Tito Soso will resign as Group ChiefFinancial Officer and as an executive director of the Company with effect from29 August 2014, following the announcement of the Group's half year results onthat day.
