Charles Taylor plc Block Listing Application Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the LondonStock Exchange for 600,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. These shares are being reserved under a blocklisting and will be issued as a result of the vesting of awards under TheCharles Taylor Deferred Annual Bonus Plan. The admission date for these sharesis expected to be 29 April 2015. When issued, these shares will rank paripassu with the existing ordinary shares.
