Castleton Technology plc (AIM: CTP), the software and managed services provider to the public and not-for-profit sectors, announces that its chairman, David Payne, in his capacity as secretary to the St Moritz Tobogganing Club, has been convicted in Switzerland on an ex-officio basis of negligence. The accident that led to the conviction resulted in a toboggan rider losing his foot in January 2008. David has been given a suspended fine of CHF1,000- only payable in case of recurrence. David Payne was the secretary to the St Moritz Tobogganing Club from December 2007 to March 2016.
