The acquisition would, if completed, be classified as a reverse takeover underthe Rules of the UK Listing Authority and therefore the Company has requestedthat trading in its ordinary shares be suspended temporarily. It is emphasisedthat the acquisition would be conditional, inter alia, on the completion ofappropriate funding and the approval of shareholders.
