Finance Director Appointment
TClarke plc ("the Group" or "TClarke"), the Building Services Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Trevor Mitchell as the Group Finance Director.
On 1st February 2018 TClarke announced the appointment of Trevor Mitchell as interim Finance Director for a term of one year. The Board is now pleased to announce that Trevor has agreed to remain with TClarke and becomes its permanent Group Finance Director.
Trevor, aged 58, is a Chartered Accountant and accomplished Finance professional with extensive experience across many sectors including financial services, construction and maintenance, education and retail, working within organisations such as Balfour Beatty plc, Kier Group plc, Rok Plc, Clerical Medical Group, Halifax plc. Trevor was already familiar with the Financial Team at TClarke on joining in February 2018, as he had worked within the business since October 2016 assisting with simplifying the structure and improving the Group's financial controls and procedures.
Trevor owns 142,000 Ordinary shares in TClarke (0.34%).
There are no further disclosures required in connection with the appointment of Trevor John Mitchell, FCA under Listing Rules 9.6.13(1) - (6).
The results for the six months ended 30th June 2018 will be announced on Tuesday 7th August 2018.
