The Board of T.Clarke plc today announces that following three years with T.Clarke, Victoria French, Finance Director and Company Secretary, has decided to leave the Group by mutual consent at the end of June 2010.

Mark Lawrence, Chief Executive, commented,

" On behalf of the team at T.Clarke, I would like to wish Victoria the very best for the future and, thank her for her contribution to the Company during her three years with the Group."

Martin Walton, currently the Group Financial Controller will assume the responsibilities of the Finance Director and Company Secretary pending the formal appointment of a new Finance Director. Martin has been with T.Clarke for over two years.
