Block Listing Application
TClarke plc ("the Company" or "TClarke"), the Building Services Group, announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,300,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List in connection with the TClarke Share Save Scheme (the "Scheme"). These Shares may be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options by employees participating in the Scheme.
When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. These shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and to be available for trading on the London Stock Exchange on 11 October 2018.
As at 4th October 2018, there are 41,829,577 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
