Alludium Named Founding Technology Partner for AgenticInvestor

Catenai PLC (AIM: CTAI), the AIM-quoted provider of technology and digital solutions, is pleased to announce that Alludium Ltd ("Alludium"), its investee company, has been named the founding technology partner for AgenticInvestor, a new open-source platform and community for private-market investors led by Sure Valley Ventures ("SVV"), the specialist AI venture capital firm.

AgenticInvestor is an open-source initiative designed to help venture capital firms move beyond AI experimentation and deploy AI agents across repeatable investment workflows. The platform shares practical workflows, tasks, skills and agent blueprints spanning the investment lifecycle.

As founding technology partner, Alludium provided the platform on which the AgenticInvestor workflows were built, tested and refined using SVV's own investment processes. The initiative demonstrates how Alludium's Agent Operating System can support structured, repeatable workflows within a live venture capital environment.

At launch, AgenticInvestor, available at www.agenticinvestor.org, includes the Deal Pipeline Blueprint, comprising 20 tasks and 19 skills supporting company screening, opportunity evaluation, diligence preparation and Investment Committee memo creation. Throughout the process, AI is designed to support, not replace, human judgement, with review, accountability and evidence remaining central.

The announcement follows Alludium's strategic focus on the venture capital sector, where the Company believes structured, repeatable workflows present an ideal environment for enterprise AI adoption.
