CT Automotive, a leading designer, developer and supplier of interior components to the global automotive industry, announces that Gary McGrath, Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 54,945 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 36.4 pence per Ordinary Share
Following the Purchase, Gary McGrath is now interested in 54,945 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.075 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
